Privacy: We are committed to your privacy and the security of your personal information provided to us when you order merchandise, become a member, or any other online transaction wherein you furnish the Deadwood Chamber of Commerce with your personal information. We will not sell your information to any third party. If you should have any questions regarding our privacy policy, please contact vickij@deadwood.org
Security: All payment information is transferred over a secure server using GeoTrust, Inc. For more detailed questions concerning security you can visit their Website at www.geotrust.com. Your order is completely safe when you buy online, however, if you prefer, you may place your order by calling 800-999-1876 during regular business hours. Or, you may simply print the checkout page with your order and mail payment to the Deadwood Chamber of Commerce, 767 Main Street, Deadwood, SD 57732.
Refund Policy: If you wish to return an item, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping costs, if returned within two weeks. Please call 800-999-1876, or e-mail visit@deadwood.org, to receive an authorization number. The merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt, the authorization number, and in the same condition in which it arrived and in its original box. Purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same credit card used in the original purchase. Merchandise returned without a receipt may be accepted in exchange for other merchandise of equal value. If you choose, you may order an item of greater value with the returned merchandise price applied to the new item.
Payment options: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards on the Website’s secure shopping cart. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Personal checks can delay your order, as we ship merchandise only after the check clears the bank. Sorry, no CODs.
Shipping: We will ship your order within 2-5 business days. In the event the item is temporarily out-of-stock, or there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you via e-mail. Please be sure your e-mail address is correct when ordering, and you provide both a daytime and evening phone number where you can be reached. Orders are shipped via UPS with shipping charges determined by weight and the UPS mode you select when you place an order. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.
