The Roo Ranch was established in 2001 when the Bell family bought there first wallaby named Hoops. From there the Roo Ranch started to expand. In 2002 the Roo Ranch had gotten another wallaby named Angel and started to look at breeding. Since then the Roo Ranch has acquired three different species of wallaby: the swamp wallaby, the dama wallaby, and the bennetts wallaby including a few rare albinos. The Roo Ranch also has one species of wallaroos, the euro, and two species of kangaroos, the Eastern Grey and the Big Red. Totaling of about 40 kangaroos all together.
